This task will likely have the same structure as the general software development project described here.

Sverre has some thoughts on software design for very complex/tightly interacting domains and abstractions.

An application area of these design principles might be the generation of music.

Unfortunately Sverres insights into music theory is not sufficient to start making music that actually sounds reasonable, so a student having the insights or interest in this is sought for.
