Psst. det med været i Norge og Sverige er bare lokale tilfeldigheter, dere.

Også at temperaturen nå i England er høyere enn noengang siden august.

MONDAY NOVEMBER 27 2000 Millennium autumn the wettest on record

Britain is heading for another unseasonal twist in the weather tomorrow with
temperatures forecast to soar to a two-decade high for November 28.

As it was confirmed that Britain this year had the wettest autumn since
records began almost 300 years ago, weather experts forecast that
temperatures could reach 17C in some parts of the UK. The last time a
November 28 was that warm was in 1979, records for England and Wales dating
back to 1727 show.

The highest temperature recorded for the month was on November 4 in 1946
when it reached 21.7C.

Meanwhile, the Met Office confirmed that Britain has had the wettest autumn
since records began.

With three days left to the end of autumn, forecasters said more rain was
expected and the rainfall would exceed all record-breaking predictions.

The record for the wettest autumn in England and Wales was in 1852 when
455.8mm fell - 75 per cent more than the average. But the Millennium autumn
exceeded that with 77 per cent more rainfall than average for a total of
460mm.
