How and who to contact?
For computer support and all computer related issues , both for employees and students, please send an e-mail to Single-point-of-contact support@itk.ntnu.no. The person responsible for the given task will answer your request as soon as possible.

In exceptionally urgent cases you may take direct contact with the person who is responsible for the task:

• Torkel Hansen is single-point-of contact for all tasks except those listed below
  
• Jan Leistad is responsible for tasks regarding
  
• Purchase of computer equipment/software
  
• Administration of client software licenses
  
• Telephone (new/move)/physical connection
  
• User administration (Creating new user accounts, admission privileges to resources (course folders, printers etc.), membership in mailing lists etc.)

We do however ask you kindly to only take direct contact on extraordinary occasions, and to follow the principal rule of making contact through support@itk.ntnu.no, as this will enable efficient use of our computer lab resources and thus the optimal computer support for the whole department.
